Food & Beverage Supervisor - Braywick Leisure Centre - Maidenhead, Berkshire

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Food & Beverage Supervisor. For our leisure facility at Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of an outstanding food service offer, your chance to support and develop a frontline team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
  • Supervise café staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving café operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Food hygiene level 2 qualification
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for customers.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Reporting to: General Manager
Annual Leave: 28 days’ paid annual leave per year
Pension: NEST Auto Enrolment after 3 months service
