Join Beaverbrook Spa, where luxury meets tranquillity, as our Spa Duty Manager. In this dynamic role, you will not only oversee the seamless operation of our spa's daily activities, services, and facilities during your shifts but also play a pivotal role in managing our valued members' experiences and ensuring the highest level of guest and member service.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of spa facilities and services during assigned shifts, maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.
  • Supervise spa staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service and uphold the Beaverbrook Spa brand standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and integration of spa services with other resort offerings.
  • Report directly to the Assistant Spa Director and assist in implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive operational efficiency.

Membership Management Duties:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and engage members and guests ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Spa Director to continuously enhance the membership offering and drive member satisfaction and loyalty.

Who you are:

  • Experience in spa management or hospitality leadership roles, with a focus on guest service and membership management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests and members.
  • Knowledge of spa operations, services, and facilities.
