JOB TITLE – Guest Relations Associate 
DEPARTMENT – Guest Relations  
RATE OF PAY - £11.50 per hour plus benefits!  
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time – Permanent  
HOURS OF WORK – 22.5 hours per week 
SHIFT DETAILS – 3 days out of 7

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … 
As a Guest Relations Associate, you will be the hub of all knowledge for incoming calls and emails from our guests. 
You would be required to have extensive knowledge of the The Celtic Collection and the services provided by every outlet and consistently provide a high level of service to all guests and colleagues. 
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask and fantastic attention to detail. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
The primary objective for the role holder is to greet all guests in a friendly and helpful manner and ensure a personalised service is delivered at all times.  The role is based back of house, with our primary methods of communication being phone and email.
