Regional Manager - Doncaster

Regional ManagerUp to 55,000 per annum (depending on experience)Due to the close proximity of the sites, a Company Car is not offered as part of this role.
This role will oversee 1 client contract across Doncaster, Rotherham and Pontefract to provide exceptional Foodservice solutions to our clients that exceeds customer requirements, whilst delivering key financial targets and contract specifications. You will be expected to ensure all sites are meeting KPIs agreed with the client, develop and lead a large team with 12 direct reports within this contract to continue to build high performing teams and build a succession plan.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Ensure contract is compliant and run commerciallyAdherence to all client and company PoliciesEnsure delivery and management of labour strategy in line with contract specificationsDelivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislativelyMonitor and delivery of contractual and internal KPI's, identify and help develop continuous improvementsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsTraining and development of all employeesEnsure the implementation of any governance and communication strategiesAttend and present at regular client meetingsLead on monthly business review stakeholder meetingsDrive each site to deliver meaningful feedback using the DWMYS platform - target 10% site population monthlyAbout You:2+ Years experience at a senior level as a Area / Regional manager leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver resultsPrevious multi-site contract catering backgroundExperience in building and maintaining client relationships essentialStrong Catering background essentialProven ability to effectively build relationships and influence internally at a senior level and with site clients.Ability to drive and retain businessExperience of working within brand guidelines to deliver resultsExperience in highly commercial and price sensitive marketsDemonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirementsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrable success as a credible and confident influencerThe ability to quickly build a trusted relationship with cross-functional customers Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft TeamsWorks well under pressure to meet deadlinesA creative and innovative thinkerAble to quickly build credibility with key stakeholdersClean driving license and access to a vehicle.
