As a Talent & Culture Graduate, you will be working within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Director of Talent & Culture. You will be supporting the Talent & Culture team on administrative duties, organising events, facilitating work experience students and be involved in other exciting aspects of a role in Human Resources.

Essential for our Talent & Culture Graduate:

  • Intermediate written and spoken level of English
  • Knowledge of MS Office and administrative duties
  • Good email and telephone etiquette, able to work under pressure and organise time effectively
  • Keen to develop a career in Human Resources
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required (shift pattern if/where applicable)

Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster gate on the central line underground.
