General Spa Manager - Warrington, Cheshire

Athelis Club and Spa are looking to recruit an exceptional and vastly experienced General Spa Manager to run their renowned Aria Spa.  Athelis is one of the UKs leading premium Health Clubs providing luxury service and facilities throughout.

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced General Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our spa facility. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of spa professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional spa experience. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient at delivering world class training to the team of therapists and be able to continually develop the offering. We require a Spa Manager who can drive and grow the business ensuring KPIs and income targets are met and experience around this must be shown.

Duties:

  • Manage and supervise all spa operations, including scheduling, staff management, and customer service
  • Ensure that all spa services are delivered in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and meet sales targets
  • Train and mentor staff members on spa procedures, customer service, and product knowledge
  • Maintain inventory of spa supplies and products, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facility
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa offerings

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the spa or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and communicate with staff members, customers, and vendors
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
