Job title: Night Porter 

Location: Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre 

Salary: £11,897.00

Working Hours: Part Time 20 hours per week

 

 

Here at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Night Porter to join the centre.

 

As the Night Porter, you will ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome, Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned. You will complete tasks accurately within given deadlines and be responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests overnight, and to set all rooms to standard practice.

 

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.  You will also receive free gym membership and various discounts.

  

About you

 

To be considered for this role you will have experience of night porter or similar work and confidence working alone and within a team also working face to face with customers. You will have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety at Work legislation and employment law and its practical application. You should also have experience within the hospitality industrial, or a service led background.
