We're looking for a passionate, customer focused Poker Manager to join the team at our fantastic Bury New Road casino, Manchester. 

You will:

  • Support & Manage those that directly deliver the gaming experience to the customer i.e. assisting the dealers to provide the best game in town to the customer.
  • Develop relationships with the customers to make them feel special and aid their transfer from visiting the casino to taking part in the gaming if that is the customer's requirement.
  • Have a specific focus on creating close links with the Customer Services Manager so that the customers find the transition from admission to gaming a seamless and enjoyable journey.
  • Define the level of efficiency to which the Poker Room shall operate.


To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with a number of different issues, as well as create, implement, monitor and evaluate the success of specific promotions.
  • Extensive knowledge of all of the games operated in the Poker Room.
  • An understanding of the rules that relate to both Tournament and Cash Game play.
  • Experience in creating and leading a team.
