About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager to join us at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Evaluate current recruitment processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the recruitment officer to develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize these processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the recruitment officer, fostering her professional growth and development. Offer ongoing mentorship, training, and feedback to empower her to excel in her role and contribute effectively to the recruitment team.
  • Work closely with the recruitment officer to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the hotel's organizational goals and objectives. Leverage your knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry to attract top talent and maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence.
  • Implement initiatives to improve communication, feedback mechanisms, and overall candidate satisfaction throughout the recruitment process. Ensure that candidates receive a personalized and positive experience that reflects the hotel's commitment to exceptional service.
  • Drive ongoing improvement initiatives to make the recruitment process more effective and efficient. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements and implement technology solutions to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Participation in Recruitment Events: Represent the hotel at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract talent and promote the hotel as an employer of choice in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Audits and Process Improvement: Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the recruitment officer to implement solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Candidate Communication Management: Provide ongoing support to the recruitment officer in managing candidate communication, including responding to inquiries, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback. Ensure that all interactions with candidates reflect the hotel's values and commitment to excellence.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Build strong relationships and ensure clear communication channels to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities align with the hotel's brand standards and values, reflecting our commitment to luxury, excellence, and hospitality in every interaction with candidates.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Leadership skills
