We are currently recruiting for a Barista to be a part of our integral team at Northwood HQ, Sandy Lane, Northwood, HA6 3HP

There are 2 roles available, one part time 20hr and one full time 40hr per week.

We offer an employee shuttle service from Northwood tube station and local area subject to location and availability.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and serve branded hot and cold drinks
  • Coffee making
  • Preparing basic hot and cold food
  • Serving customers
  • Perform daily paper/computer work as assigned
  • Track wastage daily
  • Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required
  • Clean front and back of house areas
  • Stocking up and stock rotation
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
  • Undertake relevant training as required
  • We aim for the team to be multi skilled and flexible. Full training and support is provided both on the job and on our e learning online portal.


  • Must have eligibility to work within the UK along with a minimum of three years UK residency due to security clearance checks
  • Previous barista experience is desired for this role but full training will be given
  • Problem solver and thinks on their feet
  • Excellent customer service skills and a great team player!
