About the role

As the full-time Wellness Concierge at our brand-new Super Prime development in Central London, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exemplary experiences to all residents and their guests
  • Ensuring the facility consistently maintains its luxury lifestyle standards
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents can live their best life
  • Building quality relationships with residents and catering to their needs
  • Promoting spa services so residents view the facility as a peaceful haven
  • Managing spa bookings and keeping the spa clean and well-stocked
  • Making clients feel like they’re the first person to ever use the facilities  
  • Ensuring standards and health & safety requirements are consistently met

About you

To shine as a Zasbi ambassador, you will have:

  • An excellent eye for detail - you pick up on the little things that make a big difference
  • A desire for service excellence and going above and beyond to exceed expectations
  • Outstanding communication skills - polite and positive, professional and personable
  • A passion for surprising and delighting and reassuring and respecting all residents
  • A confident, and welcoming demeanour and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Documented evidence of eligibility to live and work in the UK, without restrictions

Your experience will include:

  • Working within the hospitality sector
  • Working within a luxury setting
  • Working within a spa or health club

  • Listening to and supporting residents
  • Effectively managing complaints
