We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic individuals to join our team at all levels of management, including Floor Managers, Bar Managers, Restaurant Managers, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers.

Your key responsibilities as a Manager in one of our sites will be to manage the front of house team during service whilst overseeing all guests and VIP's, making sure every one enjoys a unique, fun and personalised service. You will also be responsible for ensuring your teams are trained in service standards, have complete knowledge of food and beverage menus, and give a memorable experience to all guests that visit our sites.

The Role

Specific requirements will depend on the role and the site, however general management responsibilities include...

  • You will be a confident, polite and energetic Manager with at least 1 year’s management experience in high-volume, high-quality restaurants
  • You will be responsible for managing and leading your team on a day-to-day basis, whilst also ensuring the highest quality of customer service and food and drink service throughout the restaurant
  • You will have fantastic communications skills and the ability to adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges
  • You will train and support the team; provide service briefings and liaise between the kitchen and the floor
  • You will make sure the restaurant is open and closed professionally and safely
  • Confident in delivering exceptional customer service whilst leading a team
  • Professional understanding and knowledge of all Health & Safety rules and food hygiene standards
  • You will have a passion and interest in the hospitality industry
