We are recruiting a General Manager for our fantastic club in London (Zone 2)

Our business is an established premium operator in the London market and is growing strongly.

This role requires an inspirational leader with proven flair and commercial ability, as well as the skill, energy and determination to drive and develop the business. We're looking for a hands-on and member-facing manager with the experience of developing and maintaining high standards and reputation of a gym whilst nurturing a growing membership base and team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead, develop and inspire your team to deliver an amazing customer experience and give the members a sense of belonging.

  • Can manage compliance whilst delivering the highest service levels possible during the day to day running of your gym.
  • Have a positive approach to team development and continuously look for ways in which to maximise their potential
