Childcare Manager / Assistant - Greece / Crete

We are looking for experienced childcare staff to join the kids club team in Greece and Crete. We have openings for both Kids Club Assistants as well as Childcare Managers.

We are looking for people that have experience working with children of a variety of ages and who hold an EU passport, or the existing right to work in in Greece.

The full season dates for Summer 2024 are:

  • 29th April to 5th November for Childcare Managers 
  • 12th May to 5th November for all other Childcare roles 

For those who cannot commit to the full season, we are open to discussion around other dates (such as June to September) or you might be interested in considering our "peak" dates (usually aligned with UK school holidays, like October).

 Qualifications / Requirements

  • At least two years’ experience in a childcare setting (or summer camp / kids club season)
  • Fluent / strong spoken English
  • CACHE level three qualified or equivalent (highly desirable)
  • Full clean driving license (highly desirable)

You will need to hold a current police / criminal record check. If you do not have one, you will be asked to apply for one before the season starts. 

***You will need to be resident in Greece to be employed. Holders of an EU passport can apply to work on a self-employed basis. ***
