Salary: £30,000.00 per year

An opportunity has become available to join the team as an experienced Chef de Partie at the Kingston University.

You will be part of an exciting new venture at Kingston University which will allow you to be part of an experienced team learning your trade from the best culinary experts in the field. This is a permanent and full time role which can be based on site at either Penryhn Road KT1 2EE or Kingston Hill KT2 7LB.

A day in the life of a CDP:

Based on site, you will support with producing and serving food for employees and students in addition to servicing our busy events. You will be involved in;

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with recipe sheets
  • Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety to include allergens
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

· Have full knowledge of all menu items served
