Requirements from you to undertake this role:Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment preferred but not essentialPrevious experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader in a warehouse environment preferably in the food industry.Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods (PPE Provided)Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Previous experience in goods in, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and document information.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems is advantageous.Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
