Hospitality Supervisor - New Scotland Yard
12.92 per hour37.5 hours per weekAs a Hospitality Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our front-of-house team, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the overall success of our service.


Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and other hospitality staff.Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards and adhere to company policies.Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, including reservation management, guest interactions, and service delivery.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and resolution-oriented approach.Oversee inventory management and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supplies.Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for guests and staff.Qualifications:
