We are hiring teachers
We are proud to have the very best swimming teachers. What goes into making our teachers the best? Easy, it’s the genuine humans behind the blue tops; that have oodles of empathy, a positive outlook and can communicate, simply.
For over 20 years we’ve been providing highly trained teachers and expertly developed swim programmes for babies and young children, supporting families of all shapes, sizes, and blends. So if you’re looking for a career with purpose, then being a Water Babies swimming teacher will bring you together with likeminded people, have meaningful impact on children and carers alike, inspiring a lifelong passion for the water and gifting life confidence.
What we’re looking for
From creative thinkers to energised problem solvers; our teachers need to teach happiness and confidence in and around the water and always put children at the heart of what they do. Quite frankly, our teachers make each day brighter because life is too short for dull, so smiles and laughter are necessary, but previous experience isn’t. We can teach the rest.
