Cafe Supervisor - Hangleton
An exciting opportunity to come and join our new Flour Pot store coming soon to Hangleton, Hove. The Flour Pot is a family owned independent business with eleven stores across Brighton, Hove and Worthing, specialising in artisan bread, baked goods and speciality coffee.
We are seeking an experienced cafe supervisor to help run one of our new Flour Pot store in Hangleton. The right candidate will have similar experience in a high-quality cafe environment, have a good understanding and passion for the high-end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive and a level head,

You recognise succession is vital for a strong talent pipeline and you’re proactive in developing others. in the absence of your general manager, you lead the shops as if it were your own

This role is a part time role, based on 3/4 days per week, 9 hour shifts
