Location: The PIG at Combe, Honiton, Devon
Salary: £25,500 - 26,500 PA (DOE), plus up to 500 in service charge per month.

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Bar Supervisor to join our bar team.
Our bars at THE PIG's are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the Kitchen Garden in mind. This provides all of the essential ingredients to infuse our Chase Distillery and locally sourced Spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.
As Bar Supervisor you will be required to assist the management team in the daily running of the bar by overseeing the day to day operation of the bar. You will need to ensure that all daily tasks are completed, whilst also working on the floor and behind the bar providing a quality service to our guests. You must express the eagerness to learn and develop your skills. A keen interest in current trends and creating new ideas is a must.
Experience as a Bar Supervisor, or within a similar role is preferred, along with the knowledge of classic cocktails and skills to mix modern twists!
