Yearly Salary ranging from £24,000 to £25,000

  •               What will I be doing?

    •  Managing floor operations to ensure client is happy and the event is running on time
    • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
    • Optimise sales where possible
    • Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers

     What are we looking for? 

    •  Experience in a busy hotel or events environment
    •   Experience at supervisor level
    •  Ability to motivate a team
    •   Exceptional communication skills
    •  Exceptional leadership skills
