Having experienced exceptional growth over the past year, we are now looking for an enthusiastic, creative and data-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join their team.

You will help oversee the marketing strategy for Searcys by planning and executing marketing campaigns both online and offline. The chosen candidate will work directly with the Senior Marketing team on developing and delivering the annual marketing strategy and growing awareness around the brand.

Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Executive you will design, develop and launch campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales for Searcys. The role will require someone that has a proven track record of working with a high end retailer, hospitality business or luxury brand.

This role will require the suitable candidate to be adaptable and able to handle a varied work load.

Salary: Competitive 

As a Senior Marketing Executive your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with key stakeholders on campaign creation, execution and delivery for new business and retention.
  • Ability to create multi-channel campaigns integrating traditional marketing techniques with digital and social media channels.
  • Manage, monitor and review campaign success and ROI.
  • Close liaison with business development/sales management to define new initiatives, offers and campaigns objectives - Seasonal, short lead and integrated
  • Delivery of PR initiatives to support events.
  • Creation of online and offline marketing materials for new and existing business delivering key brand messages and awareness, including
  • Ensure effective communication of marketing strategy with sales teams so that enquiries created by initiatives are handled seamlessly.


  • 2 years marketing experience with campaign management exposure.
  • Marketing qualification desirable.
  • Experience within an online or digital environment.
  • Excellent product knowledge
