Senior Manager - Leeds

As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for our data products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that address the needs of our business and users. You will leverage your expertise in data analytics, retail operations, and product management to drive the roadmap for our data products and deliver measurable value to the organization.

"Find your role"  

  • Define and deliver the roadmap for our data products, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and senior managers, to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive data development.
  • Lead the end-to-end data product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality data products on time and within budget.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and market trends through data analysis, user research, and user feedback, and use these insights to inform product decisions.
  • Define and track key metrics and performance indicators, using data-driven insights to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate data requirements into technical features, epics & stories, prioritize development efforts, and ensure successful implementation of features.
  • Drive enablement and engagement strategies and collaborate with data practice, data governance & analytics teams to ensure successful data adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and incorporate these insights into the product roadmap and strategy.

 

"Let's find out about you"  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data products or analytics, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and data transformation techniques, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Proven track record of driving data innovation, delivering measurable business results, and driving user satisfaction.
  • Passion for retail and technology, with a desire to leverage data to transform the retail experience and drive business growth.
