This marks a hugely exciting new chapter for our business and a big step forward for Heartwood Collection.

A significant refurbishment is already underway and will reopen in early summer boasting 56 Bar, 155 Dining, 118 Garden covers and 43 beautiful rooms. It will exude a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding, enjoying good company and excellent food with wonderful rooms to stay.

Heartwood Collection is an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food. Brasserie Blanc, the French brasserie business inspired by Raymond Blanc and Heartwood Inns (Formally White Brasserie Company) is renowned for being a home-from-home.

Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years. *On Target Earnings are based on a 48-hour working week and the TRONC is calculated from the espected 6 months' site average. Training Tronc and rates to be discussed at Interview stage
