Roles and Responsibilities –
- Seek and maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs
- Assiset with the set-up and close down of events.
- Create handovers for management team and other HOD'S.
- To quickly assess guests' needs and flex style appropriately.
- To use the guests' names whenever possible, in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- To effectively handle guest complaints, compliments, concerns or special requests.
