At Fairmont Windsor Park, we are looking for a Luxury Hospitality experienced individual to work within our events team.

The hotel operates a very competitive tronc system that is paid into the monthly salary.

We offer a free transport service from Egham train station, Slough, Bracknell also Sofitel T5.

Roles and Responsibilities –

  • Seek and maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs
  • Assiset with the set-up and close down of events.
  • Create handovers for management team and other HOD'S.
  • To quickly assess guests' needs and flex style appropriately.
  • To use the guests' names whenever possible, in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • To effectively handle guest complaints, compliments, concerns or special requests.
