As the Camp Manager, you won't simply be punching the clock; you'll be immersing yourself in an exhilarating role. Working together with the Camp Deputy Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day enchantment of our camp. From crafting schedules to managing staff and delivering outstanding customer service, you'll ensure that the needs of children are at the forefront of our camp's activities.

**About You** 

  • Aged 18 or above 
  • Available during School Holidays: October, February, Easter, May, and the BIG summer break! 
  • UK/EU citizen with 2 x right-to-work IDs 
  • Experience in managing childcare camps (programming, health and safety, financial management, and customer care) 
  • Desirable to hold a level 3 childcare qualification / PGCE 
  • Bursting with energy and enthusiasm 
  • Demonstrate an unwavering passion for working with children 
  • Possess initiative and the ability to thrive independently 
  • Hold a high level of awareness for safeguarding 
  • Certified in Paediatric First Aid
