About the Role

Duty Manager at Starbucks - Manchester Airport

Hours per week: 30+ hours per week
Shift patterns: Scheduled between 2 AM and Midnight
Pay rate: £12.63 per hour (£14.13 for every hour worked between midnight and 6 am)


Please note, previous role in Supervisor/Team Leader/management role is required for this role!


We are looking for a Full-time Duty manager to join and lead our SSP Team at Starbucks - Manchester Airport!

As a Duty manager, you will work a variety of shifts, scheduled between 2 AM and midnight.
As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.13 per hour!


Responsibilities for Duty Manager: 
•    Leading the team through the shift
•    Demonstrate knowledge of Starbuck products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
•    Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Brand standards 
•    Consistently meet shift/daily average spending, waste, and portion control targets 
•    Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas 


Requirements for Duty Manager:
•    Previous experience in leading the team
•    Flexibility with working shifts, including weekends

•    Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and sell alcohol.
•    Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
