Front of House Supervisor - Fetter Lane, London

Our Supervisors are a huge element in the day to day running and success of every WatchHouse. From opening the House to standard, to running excellent shifts, to exposure in managing our talented team - This role is your first step in a career in hospitality.
We are passionate about people, products and places and you will be working alongside hospitality professionals to deliver our vision of the Modern Coffee Experience. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Supervisor/Shift Leader to join our team at WatchHouse Fetter Lane.
This is one of our busiest espresso bars, with a constant queue of regulars and new customers coming in. Think fast paced, highly efficient and superb coffee.
This dynamic role will be perfect for a proactive, customer focused and detail orientated person who has a passion for all the things we do.
The ideal candidate would be someone with a natural ability to deliver a best in class experience to every one who walks through our doors and an unparalleled customer service. We are looking for someone with supervisor experience in a restaurant or large coffee shop setting. Someone who is approachable, reliable and hard working. With multiple Houses across London new sites on the horizon, we continue to grow at pace with exciting opportunities for those wishing to build a career in hospitality.
This role is key dynamic to the smooth and efficient running of our Houses, taking responsibility in running the floor/brunch service in this busy location. Usually, the first point of contact for a customer we are looking for friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and detail focused people.
This role also gives the successful candidates the opportunity to join WatchHouse at a time in which we are gearing towards further expansion, giving everyone unique career opportunities over the coming months and years. The perfect role for someone looking to pursue a career in specialty coffee.
