Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7), evenings and weekends

2024 is set to be an incredibly exciting year for our Housekeeping department as we open our BRAND-NEW overnight guest accommodations: The LEGOLAND® Woodland Village! This fantastic new way for our guests to extend their stay with us also expands our awesome Hotels team who are responsible for room readiness and overall cleanliness across our two existing Hotels and will, of course, deliver the same levels of room readiness and cleanliness across our new themed accommodations.

As the Senior Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery and continued development of our guests in-room experience, driving your team to exceed our guests’ expectations at every available opportunity. You will lead your Housekeeping team and empower them to seek out new and innovative ways to surprise and delight our guests, at the same time you will coach, train and manage the team, supporting their development and growth within our business.

You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a head for Health and Safety and a passion for taking the lead on the continued safe operation of our Housekeeping operation, and the wider Hotels offering. Your awesome and varied team will not just be responsible for the cleanliness and safety of our rooms, they will also upkeep guest areas with high footfall and colleague back of house areas.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience working within a Hotel Housekeeping Management function is essential
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word proficient and a working knowledge of MS project for scheduling would be advantageous
  • Proactive in ensuring deliverables are met on time, risks are identified and mitigated, and issues are managed and resolved.
  • Resilient with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Have a positive attitude and a love of FUN!

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Senior Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
