We are delighted to be advertising for a Waiter/Waitress – Leaf and Cane at Hyatt’s newest UK hotel located in London Blackfriars. Leaf and Cane is a Latin American inspired bar that carries you to the wilderness of South America. The menu features street food dishes from Peru to Argentina, Mexico to Brazil, whilst offering exotic cocktails in an underground space that celebrates Latin American heritage.

Skills and experience related to the Waiter / Waitress role include:

• Supporting your colleagues in the smooth running of the restaurant
• Setting up the restaurant to be ready for service
• Welcoming guests and taking drink and food orders
• Providing a courteous, engaging and efficient service
• Handling guests’ feedback in a prompt and efficient manner
