Senior Manager - Leeds
This pivotal role is designed to build upon our brand's engagement, leveraging the power of social media and influencer partnerships to amplify our brand presence and drive meaningful interaction with our audience.
You are tasked with not only developing a cohesive and impactful strategy across organic social channels but also overseeing the management of agency partnerships and conducting thorough performance audits to ensure the efficacy and efficiency of our campaigns.
You will lead our approach to engaging with audiences, leveraging influencer partnerships, defining our ambassador program, and driving brand awareness/conversion through compelling content and narratives.

- Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategy for the George brand, that marries organic and boosted content to magnify brand engagement and drive conversions. Developing first to market, compelling social activity, and campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Guide a dynamic team of social media specialists, instilling a culture of creativity, innovation, and growth. Enlist appropriate KPI's to support team development and growth.
- Agency Management: Manage external agency partners to guarantee content and campaign executions that resonate with George's strategic ambitions.
- Performance Evaluation: Regularly audit social media initiatives and agency output, leveraging analytics to refine tactics and bolster ROI. Define and measure against agreed KPI's to ensure consistent growth.
- Partnership Cultivation: Establish connections with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to broaden George's reach and deepen its market imprint. Ensure all influencer activities are of the highest standard, from selection through to measurement and reporting. Support Influencer & Ambassador strategy development and KPI's.
- Content production and publishing: Oversee the production of captivating, brand-relevant content across all platforms, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency, ensuring George stands out amongst competitors.

- Proven Expertise: A solid, demonstratable background of success in social media and influencer marketing, showcasing your ability to lead strategic initiatives and execute creative campaigns that engage and inspire. Experience in Fashion and/or Home is highly desirable.
- Leadership Excellence: The capacity to motivate and direct a team towards creativity and strategic innovation whilst providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Analytical Mindset: A strong orientation towards data-driven decisions, performance analysis, and leveraging insights from social listening and community feedback.
- Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience with leveraging social listening and influencer platforms, such as Sprinklr and Brandwatch, to drive performance, engagement and insights.
- Industry and Sector Experience: Preferable experience within the fashion, home and general merchandise sector, understanding the unique dynamics and consumer considerations of these markets.
- Trend Awareness: A dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends, with a keenness to explore new technologies and platforms that can enhance brand visibility and connect with audiences.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to manage agency relationships, navigate internal stakeholder dynamics and lead your team with clarity and conviction.
Who You'll Work With
