We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of Townhouse by developing innovative sales strategies at a local level, leading marketing efforts, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, result-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase salon clientele and revenue across a portfolio of sites in London and the Northern regions.
  • Lead local marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other brands to create locally led campaigns that excite and drive footfall to salons.
  • Organise and attend promotional events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Prepare and manage the local marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending.
  • Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.

  • Experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the beauty or luxury retail industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Willingness to travel to different salon locations and events as needed.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car is advantageous but not essential.
  • Flexible with work hours, including availability on weekends and evenings for events.

Due to the nature of the role, this could suit someone who is either based in London or Manchester, as there will be regular travel to sites across London, Manchester, Wilmslow, Birmingham and Leeds.

Our office is based in Central London and we offer a discretionary hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.

We are a company that values its staff, and we treat them with respect and support. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we want to help them achieve their goals.
