Individual Restaurants has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team based in Riva Liverpool You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, and in return receive a competitive salary.

The role:

As a Sous Chef you will support the Head chef I the management of our fast paced, high volume new restaurant. The successful candidate will be working alongside a large brigade of chefs, to deliver the food to the highest of standards and will be given the opportunity to progress in their career.

What will you be doing as our Sous Chef?

- Deputise the head chef in his absence
- Manage specific people to train and inspire them
- Ensuring that company standards are set and maintained in terms of food quality
- Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen and the back of house areas and to ensure that all requirements (both statutory and Company) are met in relation to Health & Safety and Food Safety
- Responsible for the daily and weekly ordering of goods, controlling costs in line with the budget
