As Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for supporting the  the day to day running of the Spa Reception area taking care of guest and member requests, promoting and selling the products and facilities at every opportunity.

Spa Receptionist - About you 

  • Experience in a spa environment desirable
  • Experience in working in a hotel/ reception environment is advantageous
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Key responsibilities of the Spa Receptionist role

  • Take ownership and be responsible for taking treatment, spa day, fitness and tennis bookings
  • Be confident in taking responsibility for opening and closing the spa following the standards set by the Spa Manager
  • Take ownership of the daily administration required for the reception desk
  • Be passionate in promoting the spa to all visitors, showing the facilities, treatment menus and products as required
  • Using the telephone and computer systems to take bookings and respond to guest enquiries
  • Take pride in showing guests around the spa
