As a Nursery Manager at our Nuneaton Gym, you’ll be qualified with the NNEB, an NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC or BA Hons (or equivalent). You’ll need experience of managing a team and an enhanced DBS check. Crucially, you’re great at communicating with parents, carers and external professionals.
 

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

• Ensure our nursery and its team provide the best possible high-quality care and education

• Champion the health, growth and development of every child in our care

• Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Oversee planning activities and assessments while implementing updates to childcare legislation

• Hold overall responsibility for SEN and Safeguarding

• Identify opportunities to grow sales and achieve revenue targets
