Assistant Head Sommelier - Brooklands
The Peninsula London is excited to announce that we are seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to work within Brooklands Restaurant, assisting with designing and delivering a unique and market leading wine programme alongside the Head Sommelier. This position will have a great passion for both wines and service and be able to translate this into a special guest experience. The restaurant is located on The Peninsula London’s rooftop, offering contemporary British cuisine. Located on the eighth floor, it comprises several spaces including the bar which has a panoramic view over Wellington Arch and Buckingham Palace Gardens. The Peninsula Hotels are renowned for their food and beverage offerings and service, alongside creativity and combining the best ingredients with tradition and innovation.
