Demi Chef de Partie - Colleague Restaurant 

The Peninsula London is delighted to announce that we are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for our colleague’s restaurant. This role will oversee a team of Commis Chefs and take a hands-on approach in the running and preparation of a nutritious and quality menu.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional quality food served within the menu guidelines and following specific recipes.
  • Assist with food preparation and with day-to-day tasks required to support the CDP and Sous Chef with the operation.  
  • Hands-on approach with regards to cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and working area and working effectively with other departments such as Back of House, Procurement and Engineering.   

General Requirements

  • Culinary studies are preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent time management, organized, highly adaptable, and naturally positive.
  • Flexibility and capability of working under pressure yet maintaining a friendly disposition.
