Member Service Team Leader - Leeds, West Yorkshire

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:40am – 5:00pm (subject to change).

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries & complaints coming via our contact channels.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Take a lead in assisting training needs of new and existing staff.
  • Assist on projects and work with colleagues that are unknown to you.
  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with emotional, difficult or distressed people.
  • Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them.
  • Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the team. Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and member satisfaction.
  • Manage employee performance, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Team Leader experience.
  • Experience within customer services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
  • Ability to deal with demanding members and escalations.
  • Energetic and motivating individual.
  • Creative thinking.
