We are currently recruiting for a Cluster Sales and Marketing Executive for Wood Hall Hotel and Spa, and Crathorne Hall Hotel located in North Yorkshire.

 Wood Hall Hotel and Spa and Crathorne Hall Hotel are located in North Yorkshire, both are luxurious country house hotels and offer a tranquil setting, combined with warm and attentive hospitality delivered with ease. These stunning hotels boast award winning restaurants, bespoke events and can deliver outstanding weddings.

About the role:

  • The role of  Cluster Sales and Marketing Executive will involve proactively driving sales and marketing activities to both hotels across all sectors to including hotel events, private dining, leisure experiences, corporate and conference from a local perspective.
  • Work with local destination houses and partners from a B2B and B2C perspective.
  • Support the development, execution, and maintenance of the hotels and Hand Picked Hotels sales and marketing plan.
  • Responsible for pro-actively manage social media on property, looking at ways to engage with the local community, raise awareness and engagement.
  • Be a confident and effect networker who can build effective relationships externally and internally.
  • Making clear, confident decisions, will be second nature to you, consulting with others where needed ensuring you all reach the same goals.

About you:       

  • To be considered for this role you will this role of Sales and Marketing Executive you will have current proactive sales and marketing experience within a 4/5-star luxury hotel or similar environment.
  • It is essential you are driven, can act on your own initiative where appropriate and enjoy working within a proactive sales role and with set targets and objectives.
  • Can demonstrate a methodical approach and are highly organised and have a systematic approach to your work.
  • You will have excellent communication, presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.
  • It essential you have your own transport and can travel as required.

  • A competitive salary package of £35,000 per year, plus bonus, business mileage paid.
  • This is a Full-Time role Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, however you will be required to attend evening and weekends as required.
