Customer Experience Executive - Solihull, West Midlands
Stonegate Group is looking for a Customer Exeprience Executive to look after our guests, following up on feedback we receive after a visit to one of our pubs, bars and late night venues. The Customer Experience Executive will use their outstanding communication skills to respond to guest feedback, tracking trends and reporting on feedback across the entire estate.
You will need to be highly organised, with amazing time management skills to be succesful as our Post VIsit Customer Experience Executive (as well as being a great written and verbal communicator!). You'll need to develop a deep understanding of the internal and external feedback processes and procedures we have, and really want to make a difference to the experience our guests have when visiting one of our sites.
Based in our Pub Support Team offices in Solihull, this is a permanent role, predominantly working Monday - Friday, with some weekends by exception if needed.
