Purpose of the role:

Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our luxurious Cocktail Bar to support the Cocktail Bar Manager and lead the Cocktail Bar team to deliver service excellence to our members.

Responsibilities:

• People Management, leading the team to success
• Providing an exceptional member experience
• Managing cost control, stock control, balancing member accounts along with end-of-shift financial procedures 
• Proactive approach to health and safety, hygiene and fire policies and procedures
• Actively contributing to reducing our environmental impact
• Comply and enforce the law in respect of the Licensing Act as applies to the Royal Automobile Club

About you:

• Management and Leadership skills
• Some experience and knowledge of cocktails
• Previous experience managing rotas
• Approachable and collaborative management style
• Passionate about delivering first-class member experience
• Ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members and staff
• Level one and two food hygiene
