The role of Labour Finance Manager encompasses financial insight, support and control in labour operations. Our business is growing exponentially and as Labour Finance manager you will provide support across circa 1300 Premier Inn & Restaurants.

What you'll do: Key Business partner to the Operations Team, supporting with the management of the biggest cost line which is also the most important, i.e. our people Produce, review, amend and improve the reporting (weekly, monthly) delivered to the operational teams Review and analysis of key variances at month end P&L reporting Lead specific inputs for labour budgeting process for all sites and formats, with monthly R&O process
What we need: Ideally a qualified accountant with excellent academics Commercial Acumen - understanding of operational business drivers Good understanding of financial planning and management techniques Financial modelling and ability to distil large amounts of data into a simple format.
