We’ve recruited, mentored and developed PT’s within a self-employed role for over 18 years making us the most experienced PT company in the UK - no exception.

Having recently secured a new nationwide fitness operator partner we are looking to immediately recruit a number of exceptional personal trainers, we have opportunities at various locations in the UK. This is a genuinely self-employed role working in synergy with a highly-professional and driven PT team.

NAPTP is entirely run by Personal Trainers who are all accomplished, empathic and supportive of you and your goals.  YOU are more than just a number to us. We will support and guide you as you grow as a person, as a trainer and as a business owner. Our structure and business model is unique,  delivering up to a 75% conversion from members to clients.
