Our Head of Owner's Commercial is part of the Commercial Leadership team at Haven and is responsible for delivering the Haven Commercial strategy across our Caravan Sales and Owner businesses, key drivers in Haven's profitability in an ever-growing UK holiday market. You will also oversee the Commercial Operating Model of the Haven business to make decisions that require a trade off between Holidays and Owner business performance.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Taking accountability for Caravan Sales trading performance, recommending actions for delivering performance
- Leading the decision-making on Caravan Sales pricing, Owners Site Fees and lettings pricing across all Haven parks, including responding to the trading environment with pricing and promotional levers
- Setting Caravan Sales and Site Fee budget targets and monitoring performance against these
- Being accountable for caravan stock, pricing, placement on park and disposals

What we'd like you to bring:
- Ideally, proven experience of leading a Trading function in a consumer business
- Sales, Commercial, Pricing or Revenue Management experience
- Analytical & Commercial mindset with a high level understanding of P&L structure and drivers of profitability
- A long term strategic mindset - able to make the trade off between in-year and multi-year opportunities
- A collaborative approach
