What is the role?

Team Leader/ Supervisor. Sunny Side is a fashion led food & beverage experience for our guests travelling through Stansted Airport. Serving local coffee and all day brunch, we are sure to have your Instagram bursting with likes. Sunny side is a frivolous, vibrant concept celebrating a year’s long holiday vibe. It is an all-day brunching venue that reminds travelers to relax, get lost in time and laze, bringing the vibrancy of sunny poolside’s to the indoor space of the airport. We are now looking for experienced Supervisors to join us for our new opening. We are looking for experienced leaders who have a minimum of 1 year’s hands on experience leading a team within a similar, fast paced bar environment.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns. You will also be required to obtain a security pass to gain access airside at the restaurant, for this you will need to provide 5 year’s checkable referencing.
