What is the role?

Team Leader. LEON Restaurant is naturally fast food. Food that tastes great and does you good. As a Team Leader at LEON Restaurant, you will motivate and lead your team to deliver excellent shifts with LEON and HMSHost core values in mind. Ensuring each guest who comes through the door receives a big warm welcome and excellent service. You will encourage your team to go above and beyond whilst adhering to excellent cleanliness and store standards. You will be responsible for ensuring each shifts checks are completed and will support in training and developing your team. A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar position is required to be successful in this position.
