Carnival UK is expanding their fleet and we require Youth Mangers to join our amazing Youth department. Join P&O Cruises and Cunard and discover that working at sea is an amazing opportunity that you will cherish for ever!
As the Youth Manager you will be leading the way ensuring that your team provides our younger guests onboard with a fun filled holiday. You will be planning and scheduling the activity programs for all the family as well as supervising your fun and energetic team, and hosting a number of large events and parties in the public areas of the ship. You and your team will make sure that the children onboard have an unforgettable holiday and memories that will last them a life time.
Are you someone who is able to adapt the entertainment programme to match the itinerary? Do you keep your composure under pressure when supporting your team? Are you energetic, keeping your team motivated? Do you identify potential for development for the individuals in your team?

To join our fantastic youth team you must have the following:
- Experience of working within a childcare setting with the ability to work with children aged 6 months to 17 years.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience managing a team of childcare professionals, coaching and mentoring staff
- Hold a level 3 diploma in childcare or education OR QTS Primary/Secondary School
- Experience of dealing with challenging situations with adults and children.

We currently accept Covid 19 vaccinations that are WHO Approved (World Health Organisation) either having a two dose vaccine plus 14 days or 1 single dose vaccine plus 14 days. We are unable to progress any applications from individuals who will not be fully vaccinated at this time and welcome future applications should your vaccination status change.
