Join us in this exciting, new leading role. We need an exceptionally driven individual to take on the role of Head of Club Experience to create amazing journeys for our members and guests.
This senior position is crucial in the present day and the future success of the club. As a smooth operator and great role model you will inspire and motivate the team to make great things happen to achieve our brand standards, best practice and exceed expectations. You will interact with members and guests through various communication channels to understand, analyse and use insight and feedback to identify issues and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
Ideally, you will come from a premium establishment with experience of sizeable, busy operations.
As Head of Club Experience, you’ll need to be extremely hands-on as you will be heading up all departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator who is passionate about the hospitality industry and who thrives on delivering a high level of customer service. The Head of Club Experience is primarily responsible for all health club related activities ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times and delivering a great experience for the members and guests. You’ll drive member retention and satisfaction and support the General Manager in the delivery of the club’s overall performance.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and is fully accountable for the health club team.
