We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to ticketing platforms and producing shows. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Manager who will lead the Customer Experience Team and Front of House operation at our wonderful King's Theatre and Theatre Royal, Glasgow. These venues welcome some of the world's best performers in a vast array of concerts, comedy performances, opera, ballet, dramas, and musicals. 

Within the Customer Experience Manager role you'll focus on premium customer service, controlling costs, and maximising our food and beverage revenue. You will be responsible for leading a large team and inspiring them to achieve our business targets. You'll have the ability to embed high standards while developing new business opportunities The Customer Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations whilst delivering a first-class customer experience.

At the Interview you will be asked to complete a presentation on a revenue generating or cost saving exercise you have implemented discussing the planning, delivery, results and any lessons learned (limited to 10 minutes).
