The Coventry Hill Hotel boasts 192 bedrooms and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk onto the team.
As an Accounts Clerk, you will be required to:
- General administration of the sales ledger, ensuring all invoices have been checked and sent out for payment in a timely manner.
- Allocating payments and matching invoices. Statement reconciliation.
- Debt chase and dealing with queries.
- Cross training for holiday cover within the department.
- Other Ad hoc duties.
The successful candidate will be reliable and have a proven history working in administration, reinforced with a superb attention to detail, numerical competency, and excellent communication skills. This is a part-time contract, and you will be required to work for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
